I knew it was overdue for delivery but thought it may have been shipped by sea rather than air, so gave it until the end of February before contacting you. Let me say, that I am most impressed with your company's professionlism. Your prompt attention to my problem and eventual resolution is most refreshing and gives me greater confidence in dealing with your company. As far as your product is concerned, I find it quite remarkable. I must confess that I am not using it for the intention that you market it for but rather for treating skin cancers. I acknowledge that the risk is all mine and I am still in a trial stage but have found that if it is applied regularly to a skin cancer, the cancer disappears after about two weeks.
